Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses within the continental United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or international addresses.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed in 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on carrier and destination.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking usually updates within 24 hours.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Changes can sometimes be made if the order has not yet been processed. Email dream@sparksleep.com immediately and we’ll try to help.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 2-week return window for eligible items. Items must be unused and in original condition unless defective. See our full Refund Policy page for details.
Do you offer refunds for damaged or incorrect items?
Yes. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Are these products safe for dental appliances / retainers?
Our products are selected for use with oral appliances; however, always follow your dentist/orthodontist’s guidance. Check product labels for specific usage instructions and contraindications.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and [insert payment options such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay]. Payment options appear at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We only ship to the continental U.S.
