Shipping policy

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time may increase during promotional periods or due to inventory restocking.

Shipping area

We currently ship to street addresses within the continental United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses at this time.

Shipping methods & delivery time

We use major parcel carriers and select the shipping method based on weight, dimensions, and delivery address. Estimated delivery after shipment:

  • Standard Ground: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited (if available at checkout): 1–3 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking

A shipment confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the confirmation email.

Delivery issues, lost, or damaged packages

If a package is marked delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, check with household members and neighbors first. If still missing, contact us at dream@sparksleep.com within 7 calendar days of the carrier’s delivery date. For damaged shipments, keep all packaging and contact us immediately with photos so we can assist with a carrier claim.

Address changes & cancellations

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order is shipped. If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately at dream@sparksleep.com; if the order has already shipped we will advise next steps (refusal on delivery, return instructions, etc.). Shipping and return fees may apply.

Customs, duties & taxes

Not applicable for continental U.S. shipments. For future international shipping, the recipient will be responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
