Usage Guide

Prep Your Skin
Wash and dry the sides of your nose to remove oil, sweat, or makeup. Clean, dry skin helps the adhesive tabs stay secure throughout the night.

Select Your Band Size
Choose a magnetic band from the kit that fits comfortably across your nose. It should sit snugly under your nostrils without feeling tight or stretching the skin.

Apply the Adhesive Tabs
Place one tab above each nostril, ensuring the small metal discs face outward. Stick them firmly so they lie flat and align naturally with your nose shape.

Attach the Magnetic Band
Lift the band to the underside of your nose and let the magnets connect with the discs on the tabs. The gentle upward lift opens your nasal passages to support smooth, unrestricted airflow.

Remove & Store
In the morning, peel off the tabs gently and dispose of them. Wipe away any remaining adhesive and store the magnetic band for next use.
